GENERAL
references must be supplied when commissioning, including character references, pose ideas, backgrounds (if applicable), and a general idea of what the client would like the finished product to look like.the artist may deny a commission under any circumstances.all rights to a commission will be revoked if the piece is used for controversial, hurtful, or hateful speech/content and no refund will be issued.
hateful content can be described as, but not limited to, expression that intends to demean, discriminate against, or incite hatred toward an individual or group based on characteristics like race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.PAYMENTS
all base prices are susceptible to increase based on things such as complexity, add-ons, etc.
a base price is the flat, listed rate for the product. it is not indicative of final pricepayments may either be upfront or within a payment plan agreed upon by all parties involved.rush orders will incite an upcharge.
a rush order qualifies as anything that needs to be done before two weeks after the initial payment is received by the artist or an order that needs to be prioritized over more than 3 other orders in queue.
rush order fee is the total price + %50.REVISIONS
the client may request 5 free revisions on their piece, any revisions after the free 5 revisions have been used will be an additional $10USD charge with each new revision.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
commission progress updates can be delivered either by email, twitter, or discord, it must be communicated to the artist through the order form or direct message which method of communication will be used throughout the process.USE
credit must be given to Emmy Sotis if sharing artwork (i.e. profile picture, VTuber model, etc)If the artist is not credited and/or linked there will be a fine of $20USD.all necessary links for crediting are found on the homepage of this website.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
to be able to have commercial rights to a commission, the client must pay an additional %200 upcharge.
commercial usage can be defined as the usage of any of the artist's work for any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.if it is determined that a product was being used commercially without the artist's knowledge/consent or without the upcharge being paid, then the client will be charged a fee of what the upcharge would have been, plus an additional $100USD.REFUNDS
refunds are not available once a week has passed after the initial payment is received by the artist, or if the client has received and accepted the initial sketch of their commission.you cannot refund a finished product.COMMUNICATION
the client has a choice of communicating through twitter, discord, or email. if no preference is selected, then communications will default to twitter dms.the artist will notify the client if there are any delays in the process such as, but not limited to: failing health, family emergencies, mental health break, etc.the process will not continue until the client has approved of, or requested changes to the latest progress update.progress or written updates will be delivered regularly.AI
any and all art is strictly prohibited from being fed into any form of artificial intelligence, or ai.if it is determined that the product or any other art from the artist has been used to generate ai content, there will be a $100USD fee charged and the individual will be blacklisted from any further services.if it is determined that any references submitted to the artist are ai generated, at any point, the artist may cancel the order without any refund to the client.
