Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
References must be supplied when commissioning. That includes references and/or an idea for poses, backgrounds, etc.
The artist may deny a commission under any circumstances
All rights to a commission will be revoked if the piece is used for controversial, hurtful, or hateful speech/content and no refund will be issuedPAYMENTS
Payments must be upfront
If needed by the client you may do half up front and half later, but it must be agreed upon by both parties
There will be an extra charge for rush orders
A rush order qualifies as anything that needs to be done in two weeks or less
Rush order fee is the price + %50REVISIONS
The client may request 5 free revisions on their piece
Any revisions after the free 5 will be an additional $15USD charge with each new revisionDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commission progress updates can be delivered either by email, twitter, or discord
There will be an extra charge for rush orders
A rush order qualifies as anything that needs to be done in two weeks or less
Rush order fee is the price + %50
Please keep in mind that the artist will have other commissions to work on alongside your own orderUSE
Credit must be given if sharing artwork (i.e. profile picture, VTuber model, etc)
If the artist is not credited and/or linked there may be a fineREFUNDS
There will be NO REFUNDS after a week of purchase or once the sketch is finished
You cannot refund a finished productCOMMUNICATION
The artist uses Twitter to update their clients but the client may also have a choice of discord or email
The artist will notify the client if there are any delays in the process
The process will not continue until the client has approved of or requested changes to the progress
Progress will be provided at thumbnail/sketch, lines, flats, and finals
